Brad Tetreau
Brad, raised in Kelowna, brings a diverse construction background to the table, spanning industrial, commercial, and custom home sectors. With a significant portion of his career dedicated to crafting custom homes, Brad boasts an intimate understanding of the entire construction process, from inception to completion. He takes immense pride in engaging with customers during the discovery phase and ensuring every detail, right down to the finishing touches, exceeds expectations. Hailing from a multi-generational family entrenched in the industry, Brad's values, commitment, and skills were instilled in him from an early age.

Priest
Mitch, raised in Kelowna, brings years of expertise in large-scale renovations, where his hands-on approach and willingness to dive in with the trades, when necessary, sets him apart. Despite his time within the construction industry, Mitch's journey began pursueing his passion for aviation, and obtaining his commercial pilot license. This early experience paved the way for his transition into aviation management roles.
His career took him to the Arctic, where he managed bases for airlines, navigating the unique challenges of remote operations. Mitch's leadership skills were further honed during his time in Kabul, Afghanistan, where he served as the base manager for UNHAS (United Nations Humanitarian Air Service).
Throughout his diverse career, Mitch has demonstrated an ability to adapt to new environments and lead teams effectively. Now, he brings this wealth of experience and dedication to every project he undertakes in the realm of custom home construction.
